- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. We will notify you via email if there is any delay beyond our standard timeframe.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location, package size, and selected shipping option.
- Standard shipping options include:
- **Ground Shipping**: Economical option for domestic U.S. orders.
- **Expedited Shipping**: Faster delivery for time-sensitive needs.
- **International Shipping**: Available for select countries (see Section 5 for details).
- Shipping method availability and costs are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order to ensure timely and safe delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Domestic U.S. shipping starts at $5.99 for standard ground delivery. Free shipping may be available on orders over $50 (U.S. only; exclusions apply for oversized or heavy items).
- Rates are displayed and confirmed during checkout. Additional fees may apply for remote areas, express shipping, or special handling.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
4. Delivery Timeframes
- **Domestic U.S. Delivery**:
- Standard: 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited: 1-3 business days after processing.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders) may cause extensions.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier.
5. International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations. Availability is shown at checkout.
- International delivery times vary: 7-21 business days for standard shipping, depending on the destination.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for packages refused or held by customs. Refunds for such orders will exclude shipping costs.

- You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through your GANCO PARTS account.

- For undeliverable packages (e.g., incorrect address), we may charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
8. Address Accuracy
- It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
