Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Returns must meet the conditions: Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned directly without prior request.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return it without reason within 14 days. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
